Instructions
Use the mouse for all commands. Click to select a disaster from the palette on the left. Click a country to inflict that disaster on it. Hand of God Credits will accrue every month, so you can buy new disasters. Move the cursor over any region on the map for tips. See in-game help for detailed instructions.
